Small change that would go a long way

Misty’s synergy with Elsa Bloodstone gives her access to busted debuffs! That’s awesome, except that they aren’t really busted debuffs

The description of busted debuffs is “Debuff: increases coldsnap and incinerate effects and deals bonus damage on crits.” On Misty’s synergy it only increases coldsnap potency. This feels like a slap in the face as that’s where so much on the damage from Elsa’s kit comes from. If there is anyway that this debuffs could be given it’s other effects that would be awesome!

It feels like an incinerate debuff if the debuff only lowered bp and didn’t do damage. Or a coldsnap that didn’t negate evade effects. This synergy busted debuff is only half of what it should be.
