AI reaction and recovery

Anybody else feeling the AI is recovering faster when knocked down after a heavy or when you punish them after their Special only to find out they recovered already and even landed their basic attack on your face and all you could do is a dash at them. Also, the AI intercepts with a light attack when dashing because it knows my input when i dash at them. They just stand there idle and wait for the input. Do you guys feel the same and this kinda ruins your fun playing?

This is absolutely a thing. They change the AI like a month or maybe longer back there were a bunch of posts about it no real response from Kabam but the last couple days it seems like it got tweaked again and is even smarter now! The speed they come back from being knocked down is just ridiculous.
