Romance Gem 2-3

I'm just wondering if I was getting the bug? I can not use the romance gem to rank up Kitty Pryde? I was able to use the romance gem on Vision, Knull, Sersi just to name a few?

Someone has the same problem on Reddit. He or she can’t r3 his archangel. I wonder if the bug is for the mutants class?

maybe you have a 2-3 mutant rank up gem? If so, then it might be the same issue as the dated rank up gems. The solution for that was to contact Kabam.

when you have a class gem, it defaults to that and doesn’t show your generic.

Yeah it’s an annoying thing that happens when you have multiple applicable rank up gems. Maybe you can contact support and ask them to use the right gem.

or you could use your mutant gem on another champ, then use the romance one on kitty.

I contacted kabam. Hopefully they with an answer. I don’t to burn my mutants rank up gem 2-3. Everything that I care for are rank 2 mutants. Kitty pryde is the only I care for.

Age-old problem that Kabam continues to ignore.

The game defaults to class gems so you have to reach out to support and tell them who you want to use the romance gem on and they will guide you thru the process.

We should not have to contact support to use an in-game item.
