Why is abusive being speech tolerated on this forum?

While it’s common for people to disagree on a number of topics, Kabam’s policy calls for all members of its forums to be respectful. I don’t post often on the forums but on the rare occasion, I’m always bombarded with toxic and demeaning comments by the same user, who currently has 1.4K reports of abuse on his account. What is Kabam’s policy on this?

In the nicest way possible, you are overreacting. If Kabam thinks it's "Abusive" it will be taken down. It may not be as quick as you like but oh well that's life

Fair point but even then it will be removed. Taking what people say on any kind of forum, social media (or anything else on the internet in fact) to heart will just make things worse. People can be insensitive and rude sometimes but you have to get over it
