Didn’t receive the character I unlocked

I bought the $4.99 Wednesday crystal today (twice). The nexus character I chose was a 5 star hulk. I went to characters and he isn’t there. The only hulks are the 3 star and lower that I already had. Can this be fixed to give me the character I unlocked? Or if not, I should be refunded the $4.99 I spent.
