Didn’t receive the character I unlocked

I bought the $4.99 Wednesday crystal today (twice). The nexus character I chose was a 5 star hulk. I went to characters and he isn’t there. The only hulks are the 3 star and lower that I already had. Can this be fixed to give me the character I unlocked? Or if not, I should be refunded the $4.99 I spent.

    In the game, please tap the gear icon in the top left corner. Then tap on the button that says "Support." Follow that up by tapping the button that says, "Need more help? Contact us" to submit a support ticket.
