Game responsiveness

Dont You Guys have problem today with game responsivenes? After almost all actions game takes extra few seconds to proceed. For example help request on champ after arena, or match start.

It's very had. The UI is so laggy

Any help on the way? Its unplayable like this. I had tried restarting app, phone (iPhone 7 plus), reatartinh wifi and using cellular data. Nothing helped.
