AQ modifier bug: tranquility

Hello - when tranquillity triggers I am also losing my persistent charge bonus for Corvus. Is this correct? I am going from 4k medium crits to under 2k (r4 5* with crappy mastries on my alt 😂)

    It's correct. You are not losing persistent charges. Only the cruelty buffs
