[iOS] Unknown error starting up the game

I just started getting an unknown error when I start the game on my iOS device. If I close the message, the game crashes. The button on the message has “MS_ID_UI_OK”. I have tried killing the game from carousel and restarting, but no change.

Same issue I even reported the issue to Kabaam as well and still not fix. I’ve lost my Summoner Sigil & Allience because of this as well as days lost of log in. This has been going on for almost a month & half going on two.
