Mastery Special Offer not showing for me?

I just got notified there was an offer for the mastery cores. I have read the message but it won’t show it in the unit store or the general store. I have refreshed the game multiple times and it won’t show still. Is anyone else having this issue?

    It's not in the Unit or General Store.

    Look at bottom of your screen where various limited-time offers appear as an icon (from pop-ups, then then appear down there until their expiration hits)
