Hello there
Synergy Legal Defense should give +15% ability accuracy on stun
Normally if u say by % we multiply and if its + then we add
If we add then a champion which has 85% should get 100%
If we multiply then its 97.75%
Have tested hulk and his failing rate is the same with or without the synergy
There are indications that this synergy isnt working at all and probably never was but its just a speculation…actually right now..is it working as intended?is it really + or by factor?

If a champ has 85% then its 15% OFF the 85% which is 12.75%
85% + 12.75% = 97.75% and not 100%
Always do 85 (the number) times 115%(100 + presentage)
