Kabam still hasn't gave people compensation for the ultimate crystal bug

It's been like three days and I haven't received a compensation for the 2 ultimate crystals I lost

I submitted a ticket. Due to lots of people having this issue and determining who was affected Kabam support said it may be as late as February 28 before you would be compensated. It sucks but be patient.
