Has anyone seen this error before when trying to buy units

Unable to buy units. Literally haven’t changed my device, Apple login or payment info. Yet I’m given this error all of a sudden… Says I can’t post media so I’ll quote the error message, “In-app purchase is not supported. Machine licensed app does not support in-app purchases” then after this box fades another one appears with this message, “Transaction incomplete - the operation couldn’t be completed. (SKErrorDomainerror 0)

Hey there, I would recommend contacting Apple support as well. If needed, you can contact our Support Team here.

That said, I would still try their Support first, since they might have an easier time looking into that particular issue.

@Kabam Zibiit hey thanks, I tried Apple support earlier and their conclusion was that since I’m able to make purchases on other games & apps that the issue must lie with the specific game, so Is there anyone who can help me with this issue?

@Kabam Zibiit i tried to create a ticket yesterday after I experienced the issue although I genuinely have no knowledge of when I created the account/made first purchases etc. since I’ve been playing the game for over 6 years.

I had this same problem just now. Low key can’t even be mad at them for stopping me from buying stuff. It’s definitely a problem on kabams end because I can purchase in any other app.
