While trying to complete monthly side quest, the global node appears to not be working correctly as if you have a champ with the Romance synergy they shouldn't be getting stunned, my champs are, i have been using Archangel who has this synergy witgh Psylocke, any info would be helpful thank you

at the moment no, but the node worked on the epic Quest that has the same global node and the nodes are the same for these epic and the legendary quest, just the champs are stronger on the legendary quest

then why did is work for the epic quest as is?
