Cav eq Sam Wilson causing rupture on my crits

I'm using mole man in frenzy mode and all MY guaranteed crits cause instant ruptures damage to ME. I thought when Sam is supposed to crit he does instant ruptures not when I crit.

    I have a video but it says format is not allowed so can anyone help me post it? I created a ticket over a week ago and finally 5 days ago got a response saying a specialist was going to contact me and still no response
