Probley I would get a little more to be safe.

2-2.5 I would say, since he has a lot of use especially in Acts 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 as you can only use your specials to cause damage. I just completed those tiles 100%, Rocket was an MVP as a 4/40 1 shooting some with his SP2 50K crit!

Expert predicted he will go at 2.4 mil but just in case to be safe, grind up more than 2.8 mil.
