Apocalypse -100% Purify AAR Not Working

Against the Mighty Charge node, the opponent still shrugs off my debuffs when they dash into me. Is this intended?

there was something in the patch notes a few months ago that said that this node is exempt to apoc, like his purify AAR just doesn't work against the node. it was not well received, but it's a small enough change that it doesn't matter too much, you just need to remember that he doesn't work.
