Absolutely.

His animation and rotation are indescribably satisfying, awakened ability is mainly used for Defense and just 1 point in the despair mastery can replace the regen reversal part of it due to the insane amount of debuffs he'll stack. No question he's worth the Rank 2, and is great with Suicides from what I hear thanks to the bleed/poison resist on top of life steal during corruption making him a really chunky Champion.
