Awakening gems and duped crystals are few and far between.

Which champs are the most essential ones that gets way waaaay better if they're awakened?

Nick Fury is the best. He also does not need any sig stones. Best use of an awakening gem in my eyes.

The most important champs I’ve used gems on are guardian, aegon, cap iw, archangel, Hyperion, and of course, fury, Nicholas J.

Corvus definitely benefits a lot from being awakened, even at sig 1.

Mr Negative benefits a lot from sig 1. There are plenty of nodes that put a degen on you, and being able to heal from the degen, is a very nice utility. It also makes him really good against mojo since he will heal from getting buffs.
