Why there are no hero effects on android like on iphone?

Question is for affects like: Quake phasing, Antman shrinking,
.. any official reason why adroid os players are with inferior effect while paying the same costs for any purchases?

Hey there,

Visual Effects are toned down depending the device, not on the Operating System. Devices with lower Specs will have some VFX toned down to ensure a smoother gameplay experience, but many Android Devices have all the VFX active, and some older iPhones do not.
