How do you turn off the stupid chat filter?

OMG its terrible. it blocks non curse words and lets others through. grrr

    Yup, there’s an alliance called R4pe who’s tag line is “Let’s get r4pey”. I reported them when I first came across them when alliances first started and they still exist. Pretty much a completely dead alliance, but come on.
