War Machine Needs A Way To Recover Armor Up

I just pulled 6* War Machine today from the What If crystals. My joy was short lived after doing some research and realizing he has no way to get his Armor Up back! One hit from Knull or BWCV, one block from Corvus will remove an essential part of War Machine's kit.
He needs a way to recover the Armor after x seconds, or in conjunction with an Attack, or perhaps a dash back and hold Block mechanic.
Even if he had a method to recover the Armor Up it is still subject to the whims of Stagger, Nullify, Neutralize, Ability Accuracy modification, and further Armor Breaks. Since his Armor is so strong (3575) it makes sense to put a max stacks on it, but he needs a way to get it back.
