Which compensation are we receiving?

Hi kabam. I understand that you are giving compensation for bugs related to war BUT las month we had problems which were not war related. Is that compensation coming apart from this one?

We've gotten solo and alliance compensation today. What are you talking about,

Compensations are supposed to be for the issues the update had, not the last season of war.
Then.. why should we receive compensation based on that? No sense to me.
