I had posted this yesterday but I will say this again I had not received my package although both of my accounts were linked to the same account, and I had also been playing MROC since day 1, and had been the second person to ever see the trailer for this game where I pledged my allegence to the Spider-Guild at NYCC, and yet after having spent time and money on this game. With the news that the game was shutting down I deleted it seeing no point in putting even more time into a game that would no longer exist but now with the promise that I would be surely compensated for losing the game I played, I had not received anything at all, there is no support option for this situation, and as I have played MCOC for 7 years now (On a different account on my old device, this other account I'm talking about is one of 3 years that was linked to MROC)I think this should have been handled for one of your most devoted players...
