Adrenaline broken in new update

In AQ today, I thew a SP3 expecting to get my adrenaline health back & got nothing. Anyone else noticed this with the new update?

No. But thinking about it more, it was spider gwen on path 2 of map 8. Maybe she had enough protections up that it didn’t do enough damage. I thought sp3 filled adrenaline regardless, but that might have been it
