It’s working. Just the difference between challenger rating that is affecting the proc rate (or proc rate reduction in this case).
He doesn’t have guaranteed lowered AA it’s just the hit after he crits, so if he doesn’t crit he can regen on your next hit.If you have any footage of it being actually bugged then share it

He regens even when you crit on the hit before. I didn't record but it's happening.. It was working fine for me. You weren’t throwing sp3 were you?

It’s working. Just the difference between challenger rating that is affecting the proc rate (or proc rate reduction in this case). I read it affects crit rating (% chance to score a critical hit). Maybe this is it?

Maybe this is it? That’s what I think too.My view is that because you proc fewer crits due to CR, the AAR reduction that comes from crits for Aegon (and he’s supposed to crit almost all the time at 999 combo) is lowered, resulting in Wolvie being able to proc regen despite having AA reduced by 100%.In simple words, Aegon’s AAR needs him to crit to activate. On non crit hits, Wolvie can still proc regen.@AverageDesi Hope it helps.
