Power Reserve

Fighting Dorm in 5.3.5 (BPCW chapter) and I’ve noticed that my specials will use 100% power instead of 50% like stated in the node description. I’ve ran other power reserve lines and this wasn’t a problem until now. Is this a bug or working as intended?

    Is a known bug. Sometimes it doesn't work when you use 2x specials very quickly, like special + combo + special

    I have the same problem, few days ago I tested it and it worked good, but at that point I had suicides so I did not want to do that path. Yesterday I removed suicides just to make this one path and 2 with spectre and have 100% 5.3 and it is broken. It is so freaking annoying that I invested units in masteries only to do this path without a need to use potions and they broke it just now
