Is Perry not acting way worse for anyone else? I mean way worse than before!

Trying to finish up the event side quest in 1.1 and I cannot get one Perry in five or six tries sometimes which is insanity!

i know in monthly quest the parry seems more off than most content, especially misty champ, you have to pre parry her as her dash in animation is off
