Hood Invisibility Broken - 100% Miss Chance on 2nd Hit Doesn’t Work

Reposting because the old thread is gone yet the issue hasn’t resolved. When phased, Hood should have 120% and 100% chance to cause miss the first and second hits. But he often gets hit on the second hit.
