Nick Fury Second Phase Bug

In the Cav EQ this month, I messed up a nick fury fight and exited the game on IOS. However, upon resetting the fight, nick fury got his second phase degen at the start of phase 1, and his signature ability revive did not proc. Anyone else notice this?

    I doubt this would work in war or solo comp, but there is a chance people could cheese bosses like 6.3 nick with this
