Mutant abyss run tips

So ive done only the inital path of completion for abyss (path1). I wanna take advantage of trying to do a carina challenge along with another path towards AOL exploration. Which path would be best? I have almost every mutant ranked up - Apoc Profx Stryfe AA Mags White Mags Kitty (unduped) colossus domino bishop cable omega. Thanks!
