Revolution - Carina challenge

So I've attempted to do the challenge this week and since I didn't have ghulk as a 5 star or a 6 star I did the challenge with 2 Korg and 2 Thor ragnarok thinking that if you needed all champs they probably would have give them in other challenges like the doc oc one. I was surprised when I didn't receive the rewards after using a lot of items in the quest.

So since I never got the rng to get a ghulk, I will never be able to complete the challenge and I've been playing over 5 years with 179 5 star champ and 99 6 star. This doesn't make any sense with all other challenges where when you require a specific champ they are given in another quest like doc oc or Loki, kamala in previous challenge.

Why would we be penalized for using less champ than what's proposed? Anyone else feel this doesn't make sense with the purpose of these challenges?

Well it is part of Carina's Challenges so it's not meant to be easy doable. If your unable to do the challenge then do another one there's plenty, no need to whine.

Did you read my post or not? I've completed the challenge with the required champ but was missing one, so it was harder to complete.

And that's the point I'm trying to make. I don't feel like the developper wanted that you used all of those 3 but they were the options given for the challenge.

I’m prolly going to get hate for it but I think you’re right. That’s kinda BS that you were able to do it with champs in the outlined objective and just didn’t bring one of them and still didn’t get it. Think that’s kinda stupid.

I would agree with this if they were giving out the required champ like they did for the cyclops in v1 so when you did Mystic dispersed you received both as a rewards so if for some reason you didn't pull them you could still complete the challenge.

I tried going in with gulk and Korg since i didn't have thorag. But quit out when i saw how long the fights would be without thorag

Misreading was on your part, but I also believe that this challenge should be doable with even one of them or they should change it. It is not easy to pull one champion from 200 or more

I would agree with this if they were giving out the required champ like they did for the cyclops in v1 so when you did Mystic dispersed you received both as a rewards so if for some reason you didn't pull them you could still complete the challenge.

Unfortunately most of them are this way in v2. Where you getting 3* aegon, the one you did, and new heroes and foes (no ultron, wol, squirrel girl or Fixit you can't take do you bleed medusa but plus side this one just need one of the 4. I'm no squirrel expert but i think she would be the roughest one of the 4) no where to get these champs bar crystals.

I'm fortunate enough to have them all but still sucks for people who don't.

I think they should give out aegon too, it's kind of the same situation, only difference is that you had more crystal to try and pull him but anyone could still be really unlocky.

As for the other one, it's a big difference since there's a lot of champ that can still do it. You can add reversal healing champion to that list too.

That challenge is not directly preventing you from anything. If you’re complaining about endgame resources not being more easily available to f2p players, then I don’t know what to tell you.
The game is what it is and that won’t change.

There were players with a rank 4, maybe two, before these challenges came out. Therefore they do not prevent you from having one.
Whether your self-imposed limitations allowed you to be one of them or not is completely up to you.
But that one thing is not linked to the other is a fact.

If this challenge is the one that provides the resources you need to get an R4 then by not being able to do it is directly preventing you from getting an R4.

If this challenge was not gated in the way it was, this player would have an R4.

I get the point you’re making, yes it’s possible outside of it. But the cold hard facts are that this challenge right now is what stands between the player and an R4, so the arbitrary rule of needing all 3 champions is directly preventing. It’s hard to argue otherwise…

I then wrote to the support and you know what they answered?
" You can bring a 4 star version of korg, there SHOULD be some path allowing you to". I guess they removed from their brain that they put those useless gates. I let you comment on this because I'm still speechless 😂

I have a similar problem with pulling a 4* Sasquatch for the vol 1 O Canada challenge. I mean yes I can do it without him but it would cost thousands and thousands of units

Have you been opening 4* dual class science/mystic crystals? I know it limits what flavor of iso you’ll be getting, but it dramatically increases your chances of getting the sassman.
