Peni Parker

Just got her as 5* and taken her to r3 but she seen very meh to me. Awkward movement/gameplay and doesnt hit hard. What does everyone think ?

you might not be using her rotation right. watch this:

She’s got awesome utility with her power lock on block and he damage isn’t bad at all if she is played correctly.
