Account ban for no reason

My account was ban for 1 week . I just tolerate it. But it now been ban for 1 month . How the hack will it ban if i didn't do anything. No hacks , no mod apk , nothing. I will not tolerate if it's ban next time . That's the account i have been playing for 4 years .
I can Just ask you to fix this and make my unban as soon as possible
