Question on the 6* Max Sig Crystals....

I'm probably not the only one who faced this.. but when opening nexus crystals.. if I hit a max duped 6* (which happened multiple times on my main account) I would instead pick the lower tier champ. Why? Because the 6* would give nothing but gold and iso, vs. a 4* giving shards on top of that... you literally got more picking a duped 3, 4, or 5* than a maxed 6* from a nexus until this month and I'm sure many of us faced this insane frustration many times.

My question.. is there a way for Kabam to know or see this? Or are people like myself just completely SOL?

I mean, if it happened, there is probably some way to track this, but it would take a ton of time and effort. Not sure why you want to know if you’re not wanting them to do something with it.

I didn't ask for anything.. the only question I asked is if Kabam could track this.

My comment may have came out in an obnoxious way, I didnt mean to do that, but it's the truth. You'll be hitting your head against a wall, if you decide to go after it.

As the Squirrelguy said, why do you need them to track everyone's nexus's picks and choices if you don't have a motive behind it.

And, yes they do have all data of accounts,
When you contact support, they can look it up, what happened and when.

(Are they going to give you Max Sig crystal because you picked a 4/5* instead of a max Sig 6*? 99% of the times, no they'll not.)
