Need to report a bug - lost horseman crossfight in abyss

Support Link in game takes me to kabam’s site, but I don’t see a place to actually submit a support ticket.

Currently running abyss and lost my horseman crossfight on Stryfe.

Who do I contact?

    Happened to me 2 days ago. They basically said they know about the bug, cant help, wont compensate.

    So a player I know had the same problem.

    Was playing AQ, Wolverine was an HM, and was HM as normal against Night Thrasher but went into a fight with Diablo and lost HM. You can see from the image, Wolverine doesn't have the HM icon anymore

    Can we get a response on this as it seem to be going for awhile now.

    There's been enough of these threads so I restarted my game before each new Stryfe fight.
