star lord rework

Now, I know that most of you think that star lord is good where he is at right now. Though, unduped, Star Lord has no utility at all. I just popped him as a 6 star, and after some brief testing, I realized how terrible he is. Some thoughts I have for his rework are:

Special attacks: I think that special attack 1 and 2 are good. The special 3 could maybe get a makeover. Specials should give some buffs which Ill get to later.

Utility: Im pretty certain that star lord has some useful utility because of his tech on him. I think instead of fury, SL should have some sort of stealing attribute. Similar to rogue except he doesnt just copy them, heʻll add them to some sort of bank like venom the duck and use them after each sp3. They should be 20% less effective because they are copied. His special one steals the buffs and adds them to the bank. Special 2 should give a shock based on his bullet count (explained in next line), making it a useful damage dealer. SL also has a special attack counter, so for every special attack the opponent throws, starlord gains a permanent bullet count, each bullet count does X amount of damage as a random debuff. Heavy attacks will pause these dubuffs for 2 seconds.

Immunities: Since SL is a half god i think, he should be immune to degen, and shock because of his suit?

Special 3 makeover: Instead of his gun, SL should have the power stone and blast them to hell. After the SP3, he gains his stolen buffs from his bank, and applies power burn to his opponent, dealing X amount of damage for each bar of power, while sapping their power back to SL.

Awakened ability: Star Lords stolen buffs now are 30% more effective and potent. SL shocks are also more potent.

This is my first time thinking of a rework suggestion, this might be way too powerful but I personally think this is a fair buff for SL
