Alliance WAR officer should be able to restrict "spots" to certain players

I know this sounds silly. However, my alliance are not top tier- our goal is Gold 3, which means that different players come and go a lot. In my experience some players just join war and doesnt participate regurarly. I know, as officer we can just kick them. However, kicking players during war is not the best solution (just my opinion). Even though we have assigned certain players to the different AW groups, others can still join. It would be nice if Kabam could make it so that the assigned spots where restricted to the assigned players, meaning that others cant join without a permission from the leader/officers.
