Shang-chi bugged( his slow not working)

As i was playing in cavalier eq 3.2 ( skill class) global node is mixmaster & shang chi has slow to counter those! It was all good for couple of paths but then suddenly his "slow not working & defenders are evading even with slow debuff on them"
I have a video proof for this, I am not able to post video here but got proof where you can see it clearly!
