At this point just make 'all or nothing' a global node for every quest in existence

Because it goddamn feels like it
every defender just does not wanna throw any specials at all
but the moment they get the sp3
the exact millisecond they get the sp3
they use it.

And no there is no "skill issue" or "git gud" in these scenarios
when the AI stays on one blocked hit away from an sp3 but makes me wanna dex on my wall for 3+ minutes i cant magically make it throw specials
fix the AI man, please, its eliminating the good questing experience for me and many others.

Honestly if you are really baiting for 3+ minutes this sounds like prime example of "git gut" scenario.

Who were you playing with or against? Some XL champions like Apoc can have some difficulties with baiting specials due to their dash back distance. On the other hand someobe like Kingpin can sometines feel kind of stingy with his sp1 if the distance is not right.

It does feel like sometimes there is nothing you can do to bait a special. But to me it feels like a small minority of the time.
