Heavys ending early

I have noticed recently in my fights with my 4* quake I have been trying to hold my heavy and she will release it for no reason and I will get a combo on me...im wondering if it's a glitch or something

happens to me too XD but with every hero ...i am positive its another glitch

Quake and mordo to the heavy ending rule....they are the ones that can hold their specials indefinitely

After i do a heavy with quake and try again she doesnt do a heavy and i get hit in the progress
