Sus Battleground Fight CG vs Havok

situation : he is not in suicide
usually to reach sp2 needs around 15-25 seconds if fully combo wthout any interuption.
Havok reduce 50% of crit damage

My assumption he killed that havok with 1 big sp2. is it possible with 50% reduction in 35 secs ?
