Corvus Glaive - Proxima Synergy

So I was in Cav monthly quest last mission and brought my Corvus with Proxima to gain True Strike buff on top of the Cruelty for evades, but, as soon as Corvus finishes his glaive charges the buff disappears? Has it always been like this? Shouldn’t he keep the true strike buff just like the buffs stay for other mission even when the glaive charges are recharging?

The true damage/true strike is only there while "glaive's immunity" (glaive charges) are active. The only buffs corvus gets to keep are the cruelties

But the True Strike buff is given from a mission. Not from Glaive ability like True damage.

It’s written clearly in his abilities that his true damage buff gets removed when he is out of charges, and the true strike buff from the proxima synergy just replaces that buff when it would be active

No it doesn’t, it doesn’t say that True Strike expire with the Glaive charges, it’s a completely separate thing, it’s a different buff, comes from a mission and synergy, has nothing to do with the glaive immunities or critical damage, nothing to do with “when the glaive would be active”.

It's always been like this. I've used corvus with proxima, for paths on this skill iteration since cav release.

Medium light. Wait for parry to expire. Light again to trigger miss. Parry, heavy for charge.

Then only parry, medium light, to try to build to SP2 with 8+ charges left, if they don't die from that sp2, you may have to parry, light, only to build to the next one. Corvus can do it easily enough as 6* r3, but 5/65 5* is a bit more or a stretch on some of the tankier enemies.

(As soon as you get Nick duped, moleman, bwdo, falcoln, shang or KM, you'll have more choices (or Thor rags with silver centurion). It's a really restrictive node combo in my view, possibly the most restrictive.)

I had the experience where i used a heavy after my glaive charges were depleted and it gave me the true strike buff while not having any glaive charges.
I was able to keep the true strike up until my glaive charges returned.
Not sure if that was meant to happen or not. 🤔🤔🤔

See that’s what I’m saying, but I tried and it doesn’t gain the True strike while the charges are down.
Please @Kabam Miike can we please have some clarification regarding this?
