Can’t submit a ticket!!

When I go to the support page I try to sign in and it says I can’t sign in on Safari without enabling cookies… I’m literally using Chrome. Not Safari. I click continue and it redirects me to the same error message and won’t let me sign in.

I want to upload the screenshot to show you what I’m dealing with but I guess I’m not allowed to add attachments now.
