Doom prevents Molemans Guaranteed Crits. Bug?

Why is it that Moleman doesn't crit all the time when his precision passive gives him GUARANTEED crits? I know Doom has crit resistance but it doesn't effect Ghost and Corvus the same from what I've seen. Is this a bug or just a dumb interaction?

My theory is that there aren’t any “guaranteed” crits, just people who’s crit rating can go so ridiculously high it’s okay to considered to be guaranteed (but as seen, doom’s armor is also ridiculously high).

I’m sure a Kabam person knows more on this than me though

Doom has high critical resistance, so unless the game actually states it is a guaranteed crit, then it can become non critical. If my understanding of it is, mole man has his critical rating pushed up to 100% but Doom still has a 27% (or whatever it is) to resist that critical hit and makes it non critical. Hope this brief breakdown helps

I’ve definitely had a ghost crit fail against doom for me. I don’t think Corvus has though.

I think this falls back into mole man’s frenzy crits not being ‘guaranteed crits’, since he still can crit Ebony maw in frenzy just fine, without miss. Unlike Corvus and ghost who miss against him.

While that was the official response, it can be disproved easily in ghosts case

Ghost's crit fails, i realised it today only in aw (it was only 1 hit that i saw though)

Ghost's crit fails, i realised it today only in aw (it was only 1 hit that i saw though)

Jep happen so rarely that’s in ghost card doom isn’t that’s bad
