Cap, with the caveat that he really needs max sig in order to be fully reliable. There are several things in his sig that don't need a 100% chance to activate but there are also a couple of things that need that absolute chance to trigger in order to be useful. You need to have a 100% chance to shrug off debuffs if you're going into a fight where you have to shrug them off.

But it's the better sig ability by far. iBom's is neat but not nearly as useful.

Science class ag is a pain in the butt, so few “need” it and when they do it’s “they need sig 200”.

Honestly just use it on who you’ll use the most. Imo I use iAbom a ton and starting with 3 poisons is helpful (not game changing just helpful). I never use capiw. But I used a gem on void since even sig 1 he gains FOV.

Again, just use it on who you’ll use the most.

I had a Similar Dilema because I had to choose between Cap IW and Anti-Venom.

I realized that at this point in the game I can rank up who I want and awaken who I want to more so I awakened Anti-Venom.

I don’t have Ibom as a High Star and so I chose Cap IW but choose whoever you enjoy more
