Theoretically, yes, but due to vision’s lack of hefty dmg and cap’s glancing ability that would make it likely for specials to not do the power drain thing, I would not believe him to be a viable option

Don’t think you can solo him unless you have the worlds best luck. Cap can glance special attacks and if he glances a few times during the fight you cannot power drain him.
