Ikaris and Knull

Honestly i dont know anything about these two. I got Ikaris from featured and Knull from nexus which i got from exploring 7.4. They both unduped. Do they need duplication, or which one i should rank up? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you from now.

    Knull is miles better and no he doesn't need to be duped
