    CAIW needs it way more. I love Spidey 2099 and have him at r3 unduped. But don't awaken either until you are ready to rank them.

    Caiw needs it more compared to spidy but needs high sig at the same time.

    I recommend you to wait and try opening 2 or 3 more dual crystals before you use your gem on anyone. Rest , its your call
