It was ok, I bought it, ~~I needed~~ to awaken my Punisher 2099 from the featured.

It isn’t too bad. I wouldnt buy it, but 40$ for 3 t5b, 15k 6* shards and a full t5cc selector sounds fine.

I don't know if it's my general lack of enthusiasm about a number of aspects of the game impacting my opinion, but I found the offer exceptionally bad/outdated (especially after the previous one which was pretty amazing from what I remember).
