nebula not do power drain in her 1stspecial attack

Hi kabam please fix the problem in nebula. She have ability to power drain in 1stspecial attack and in fight it will show also but actually not do. Opponenet power bar is not down.

Buddy you need shock debuffs on opponent. Read stat again, power drain per shock debuff.
